Refunds on Tubers
All tubers are carefully inspected for viability prior to dispatch. We only send tubers that have a clear and visible eye and meet our high standards for quality. Each tuber is hand-selected and packed by Elissa with great care.
Please open your parcel and inspect your tubers as soon as possible upon arrival to ensure you are happy with them.
If you have any concerns, you must contact us within 2 days of the delivery time by email at hello@reverieflowers.com.au. Please include clear, high-quality photos of the tubers in question.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for issues raised outside this 2-day window.
Delivery time is defined as the time your parcel is marked as “Delivered” to your address or “Awaiting Collection” at your local Australia Post outlet.
Important: Parcels must be collected from the post office promptly. We are not responsible for parcels left uncollected for multiple days or weeks. It is your responsibility to track your parcel using the tracking information provided at dispatch. We do not send individual delivery notifications.
After Delivery
Once the 2-day inspection period has passed, you are fully responsible for the care and storage of your tubers. If you are not planting them immediately, they must be stored correctly in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area.
We are not liable for tubers that rot, dry out, shrivel, or otherwise deteriorate due to incorrect storage or handling. Avoid excessive moisture, poor ventilation, or overwatering, as these can cause tuber damage.
Mislabels and Virus
If you receive a mislabelled variety, we will do our best to provide a replacement (if available) or offer a refund.
We take great care to grow and supply plants free from visible viruses, and we follow strict disinfection protocols. However, dahlias can contract viruses at any point after planting, often via environmental factors or insect vectors beyond our control. For this reason, we cannot guarantee virus-free plants and are not responsible for any virus or disease that may appear during the growing season.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order and will always work with you to resolve any genuine concerns raised within the timeframe of our policy.
