Shipping Policy

All tubers will be shipped once healthy, visible eyes or shoots are present, which typically occurs around late September to October.

Orders are sent via Express Post with Australia Post, and a tracking number will be provided once your parcel has been dispatched. Please monitor this tracking information closely to ensure timely collection of your parcel.

Once your parcel has been handed over to Australia Post, we are no longer responsible for delivery times, delays, or the handling of packages. We cannot refund or replace orders due to delays, damage, or loss caused by postal services.

Important: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Shipping Restrictions

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Western Australia, Northern Territory, Tasmania, or internationally at this time due to strict biosecurity regulations and shipping limitations.
